TOEIC is intended for those whose native language is not English dialog wear and want to show the ability to communicate in English in the world of work and take part in globalization. TOEIC test, just put the competence of Listening and Reading only, while the TOEFL test, prioritize competence Listening, Reading and Writing.
TOEIC and TOEFL have a different assessment standards. If the TOEFL score cannot be used as the main criterion because each place has a different assessment, however the TOEIC, this test uses the international standard alignment. 2) CBT (Computer Based Test), which you do the TOEFL test directly on the computer. Material tests usually include listening, reading, structure and no additional writing.

TOEFL score has a validity period of only two years, if it has been more than two years you have to take the TOEFL test again.
